Receiving, controlled — from dock to put-away.

Goods receipt against purchase orders or ASNs, quality inspection holds, cross-docking and put-away strategies engineered for high-throughput, multi-product-category warehouses. Receipt productivity surfaced live; every line traceable from carrier delivery to put-away location.

What inbound covers

Goods receipt & ASN matching

Multi-supplier receiving against purchase orders or ASNs, quantity and quality validation, discrepancy capture, supplier-side accountability. Receipt is the start of the audit trail, not a side process.

Quality inspection holds

Configurable inspection workflows — sample-by-attribute, lot-by-supplier, hold-until-released. Material in inspection is not material in stock; the financial statement reflects the hold position.

Cross-docking

Receipt-to-shipment in a single transaction for time-critical orders. Pre-allocated cross-docks reduce dock-to-stock to dock-to-truck — same audit trail, no special-case workflow.

Put-away strategies

Zoned, directed, mixed, ABC-velocity-driven. Configurable per product class, supplier and warehouse layout. The strategy is in the metadata repository, not in operator habit.

Receipt productivity

Lines per receiver-hour, dock-to-stock cycle time, supplier on-time delivery, discrepancy rate by supplier. Real-time at the dock and on the supervisor desk.
