100+ healthcare organisations. The complexity proof for every other vertical we serve.
Hospital groups, mutual societies, national health systems and diagnostic networks across Spain, Andorra and Latin America. Multi-entity ERP, regulated billing, central procurement, payer-portal integration and HL7-native clinical connectors — in production, not in a proof of concept.
100+ healthcare organisations
Hospital groups, mutual societies, ambulatory networks, national health systems, diagnostic laboratories. Spain, Andorra, Peru, Colombia — in continuous production.
Regulated billing, native
SII, TicketBAI, Verifactu, SUNAT CPE, DIAN. Payer-portal integrations in production: SITEDS, SuSalud, SEOGA, CASS. The fiscal calendar is a feature, not a separate project.
Central procurement at hospital scale
Multi-supplier, multi-category, multi-warehouse group purchasing — including central purchasing office (CECO) capability for hospital-group-level sourcing and pharmacy supply, with EDI, supplier-portal and logistics-operator connections.
HL7-native, coexists with any clinical system
Clinical information flows via HL7 from Dedalus, TrakCare/InterSystems, SAP and others. Axional handles the administrative and revenue-cycle record. The clinical record stays where it is.
The types of organisations we serve, and the operational reality behind each
Healthcare complexity is not uniform. Hospital groups running 50,000 staff have different operational demands than mutual societies or national health authorities. Our practice spans all of them.
Hospital groups and networks
Multi-entity ERP across 58+ general hospitals and 100+ ambulatory centres. Multi-region regulatory compliance — national, autonomous-community and entity-level simultaneously. Consolidation as the everyday operating case. Quirónsalud, Spain and Europe's largest private hospital group, runs Axional ERP and central procurement across its Spanish network.
Mutual societies (Mutuas)
Occupational-accident and work-disease mutuals with mixed public-private payer obligations. Axional Health Suite runs the full revenue cycle — admission, payer agreements, episode billing, physician fees, medical audit, collections and cash — alongside Axional ERP for finance, procurement and supply chain. MútuaTerrassa and Egarsat are production references, both with Dedalus HL7 integration. Mutua Intercomarcal runs the same stack.
National and regional health systems
Public health authorities managing multiple provider facilities, national insurance systems and cross-border patient flows. SAAS Andorra — the national health system of Andorra — runs Axional Health Suite with CASS payer-portal integration in production.
Private clinics and specialist centres
Independent hospitals, specialist centres and diagnostic networks in Spain and Latin America. Clínica Ricardo Palma in Lima, Peru, runs Axional Health Suite in full production. Hospital Angloamericano in Lima runs Axional Health Suite alongside SAP and TrakCare/InterSystems — a live production coexistence reference.
Diagnostic networks and laboratories
Laboratory operations and diagnostic networks with distinct procurement, traceability and reporting requirements. The platform manages multi-laboratory supply chain, controlled-substance tracking and lot-serial traceability from receipt through to result.
Multi-country healthcare groups
Healthcare groups operating across Spain and Latin America face simultaneous compliance with multiple fiscal regimes — SII and TicketBAI in Spain, SUNAT CPE in Peru, DIAN in Colombia — within a single ERP platform. The localisation layer is built in, not added as a partner pack.
Why healthcare is the complexity proof for every other vertical we serve
Healthcare requires an ERP to do things most other verticals rarely combine: regulated procurement across multi-entity group structures, episode-based billing against dozens of simultaneous payer agreements, physician-fee settlement, medical audit, multi-jurisdictional fiscal compliance, and operational continuity where the day cannot be interrupted. When a hospital group operates 58 general hospitals across 13 autonomous communities, those demands compound at every level — procurement volumes, audit trails, intercompany flows, national health-system interfaces, controlled-substance records. Every other vertical we serve is a subset of that operational complexity, not a superset.
The commercial consequence is straightforward: the engineering decisions we made to run healthcare in production for years — the multi-entity architecture, the rules engine for payer agreements and physician fees, the HL7 connectors, the fiscal-compliance cadence — are available to every customer we work with, regardless of their vertical. A distribution group or a retail chain does not need all of it. But they get the platform that was engineered to handle it.
Our production references span hospital groups at European scale, national health authorities, mutual societies and private clinics — across Spain, Andorra and Latin America. The product surface is Axional Health Suite, covering the revenue cycle, finance, procurement and supply chain. One shared master-data layer. Integration overhead between administrative and financial records is zero.
