WMS · Execution engine

The operator's interface; the supervisor's dashboard.

Mobile devices, voice picking, RF scanning, yard management, equipment scheduling, labour tracking and real-time exception handling. The execution surface the warehouse floor actually uses — engineered for throughput environments where one bad screen costs minutes.

What the execution engine covers

Mobile, voice and RF

Operator interfaces engineered for high-throughput environments. Multi-modal — touch, voice and scanner — selected per task and operator. Screen counts, not preferences, drive the design.

Yard management

Dock-door allocation, trailer scheduling, dock-to-trailer reconciliation. The yard is part of the warehouse, not a parallel system with its own truth.

Equipment scheduling

Forklifts, AGVs, conveyor segments, packing stations — scheduled against wave plans and labour rosters. The equipment availability constraint is visible to the planner.

Labour tracking

Operator productivity, indirect-time capture, performance against engineered standards. Used for coaching, not surveillance — the data is reviewed with the operator, not against them.

Real-time exception handling

Exceptions surfaced at the source — short pick, damaged unit, mis-scan, lane block. Routed to the supervisor with full context; the resolution is recorded as part of the order's audit trail.
